Subject: New EPN stations MELI and RIO1

Dear Colleagues,

We are glad to announce that from August 12, 2012 on, two new
permanent GNSS stations will be included in the EUREF Permanent
Network : the stations MELI (Melilla) and RIO1 (Logrono) in Spain
are operated by the Instituto Geografico Nacional de Espana.
RIO1 will replace the former station RIOJ.

Individual antenna calibration values for RIO1 (LEIAR25.R4      LEIT)
and true absolute calibration values for MELI (LEIAR25.R4      LEIT)
are included in ftp://epncb.oma.be/pub/station/general/epn_08.atx.

The complete station logs can be retrieved from the EUREF permanent
network Central Bureau : ftp://ftp.epncb.oma.be/pub/station/log or
through the web-page of the station :

The Ocean Loading tables

have been updated in order to include MELI AND RIO1.

The daily and hourly GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO data of MELI and RIO1
are available from the IGE EPN local data centre and from the
BKG and OLG EPN regional data centres.

Real-time data for RIO1 will be uploaded to the regional broadcasters
BKG and ROB (http://www.epncb.oma.be/_networkdata/data_access/real_time/).

The data of MELI are processed by the ASI, BKG, IGE and IGN
analysis centres.
The data of RIO1 are processed by the ASI, BEK, IGE and IGN
analysis centres.

We expect to see the results in the EUREF combined solution
rom GPS WK 1701 on.
