We have updated the 

- "Guidelines for EPN Stations and Operational Centres"

   clarifying the switch between the operational and inactive 
   status of an EPN station

- "Guidelines for EPN Data Centres"
   http://www.epncb.oma.be/g_dt_cnt.html
   including guidelines for the concatenation of the hourly tracking data
